Next week is Spirit Week 2022!  To help lessen the spread of illness (Covid-19 as well as other illnesses), the Administration has decided to postpone portions of Spirit Week and Homecoming plans until overall wellness trends upward. 

What has been postponed:

  • The Homecoming Dance (for High School students only) has been postponed until a later date.
  • The Talent Showhas also been postponed until a later date.

Dress-up Days have not changed, however some events have been cancelled.

6th - 12th Grade Students:

  • Friday, January 14: Tacky Tourist Day (there will also be a Hawaiian Out at the Basketball game that evening). 
  • Monday, January 17: Martin Luther King, Jr. Day - Classes Dismissed
  • Tuesday, January 18: Career Day (The Upper School Jail during lunch breaks has been cancelled.)
  • Wednesday, January 19: Senior Citizen Day (The Biscuit Breakfast before school has been cancelled.)
  • Thursday, January 20: Soccer Mom vs. BBQ Dad Day 

(The BBQ lunch after school for Upper School students has been cancelled - 12:45 p.m. dismissal)

  • Friday, January 21: Anything But a Backpack Day and Spirit Wear Dress-up Day

(Shannon Out at Games that evening) and Pep Rally for Upper School

There will be a Grade Poster Competition all week with winners announced during the Pep Rally.

 

K3 - 5th Grade Students:

Friday, January 21: Spirit Wear Dress-up Day

  • All Basketball games remain on the calendar (please pray for the health of our teams and our opponents).
  • The Homecoming Court Crowning Ceremony will take place after the Basketball games on Friday, January 21.
